Heard a new kid that moved to Scott County (Hunnicutt) will be pitching for Gate City Baseball. Anyone else heard this?

Todd Zirkle could throw the ball hard!! not sure if he was ever in the 90's but I know for a fact he was in the high 80's

Zirkle was a beast, he did throw a perfect game in the state finals, but Bates was better, the elder Bates that is.

Who's the best pitchers in the region over the last decade or so?? I'd say Longworth from Kelly, Compton from Haysi, and Johnson from Clintwood have to be mentioned.
